Are any purchases final and non-refundable?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on personalized items or intimate apparel (such as panties, thongs, bikinis, or certain bodysuits). Likewise, we do not accept exchanges or returns on hosiery and fishnet stockings, as, due to the nature of their fabric, they stretch once tried on and do not return to their original shape, losing their new-product status. These items will be clearly identified before you make your purchase for your complete peace of mind.
When will I receive my order?
We will work to ship your order as soon as possible. You will receive an email with further information once it has been shipped. Delivery times vary depending on your location. For shipments to mainland Spain, we use Correos' PaqPremium service. Delivery takes 48-72 business hours once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
