RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

The user will have a period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, according to article 44 of Law 7/1996, of 15 January, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, amended by Law 47/2002, of 19 December.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that for hygiene reasons (panties, bodysuits, stockings, socks, nipple shields, etc.), or other legally contemplated exceptions are not susceptible to this right. If you want to make a return or exchange, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging (returns that do not have the original packaging will not be accepted), as well as all the product documentation. If you meet these requirements, please send an email to: [email protected] or fill in the exchange/return form available in your customer area so that we can authorise the procedure and indicate the procedure to be followed. Without authorization from the company, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to its origin.
Once we receive the goods in our warehouses and check that all the indicated conditions are met, the exchange/return will be accepted. In the event of an exchange of product(s), if the amount for the difference in the exchange is greater, the buyer must make the payment of this value in order for the order to be shipped, in the event that the difference in prices of the items is in favor of the customer, the amount will be refunded to the account indicated previously to the email: [email protected] for this one.
In the event of a return, once the items have been inspected, the amount paid for the purchased products will be refunded to the account number that you have previously indicated and in writing to the email: [email protected].
Regardless of whether it is a return or an exchange, the shipping costs will not be refunded, and the collection and reshipment costs, if applicable, will be borne by the customer, unless they have chosen shipping + exchange/returns insurance at the time of purchase or they prefer to return and collect them in our physical store located at Carrer del Regent Mendieta, 4, local 2, 08028, Barcelona. In the event of a defective return of the product, we will take care of the cost of shipping.
